Bid Period Services

HydroSystems*KDI will attend a pre-bid meeting to assist in answering contractor questions during the bid process and issue any addendums, if required.

All phone conversations will be documented and any emails exchanged during this period will be provided to the client prior to the bid opening. We will also attend the pre-construction meeting with the client and contractor after the bid has been awarded and will address any contractor questions and outline expectations and site observation schedules and timelines.
