Many property managers are faced with sites that have outdate irrigation systems which require significant maintenance to keep operating and use more water than they should. Our site evaluation report details and outlines operating pressures, a zone by zone account of sprinkler spacing and performances, wiring integrity, equipment condition, pipe and fitting reliability, current maintenance cost evaluation and safety concerns. Recommendations for renovating or replacement of the system are made and cost estimates are provided to help the client make the proper decisions to update the irrigation system, determine funding levels needed and to help start saving money and water.
